We're doing lots of walking in the Peak District, staying on a farm near Biggin, near Hartington. It's a very beautiful place and everyone is very friendly. Yesterday we had lunch at Uncle Geoff's Diner at Over Haddon. There are 4 tables, in what used to be a garage and it's run by an old chap who is deaf. He deals with orders one by one and you have to write down what you want. An experience not to be missed!! The quality is excellent, the prices low, but you might have a long wait.
